The insights we receive from investors, patients, employees, governments, NGOs, suppliers and community partners directly shape how we set sustainability priorities and respond to a rapidly changing business environment. Engaging these groups helps us identify emerging risks early, adapt our approach, and stay aligned with the expectations of the stakeholders who are most affected by our work.

To the World

Our business decisions affect people and communities well beyond our own operations. Meaningful stakeholder engagement gives patients, communities, and civil society organizations a way to share perspectives that we can factor into those decisions. It also enables collaboration with value chain partners on strategies that neither party could scale independently.

Approach

We define our key stakeholder groups as those who directly or indirectly impact our business success, or who are impacted by our operations. The insights we receive from these groups shape how we develop and evolve our business and sustainability agenda. We work with a broad range of organizations within our value chain and beyond to identify emerging risks and opportunities, prioritize our efforts, and create long-lasting value for our company and society.
